Aitana Cruz

Aitana Cruz is an Associate in the Capital Markets Division at BX+, primarily responsible for assisting in the execution of equity and debt issuance projects, maintaining investor relations, and providing capital structure optimization advice to corporate clients. She has played a key supporting role in multiple cross-border financing and IPO transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient deal execution.

Aitana joined BX+ in 2020, initially working as an analyst in the research team, focusing on industry and company valuation analysis. With her strong communication skills and project coordination abilities, she quickly transitioned to the Capital Markets Division, taking on more demanding transaction execution responsibilities. Prior to joining BX+, she interned with Deloitte Mexico’s Audit and Financial Advisory team, gaining a solid foundation in finance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and completed a short-term International Finance program at HEC Paris. She currently serves as the Digital Quantitative Trading Collaboration Associate between BX+ and Stifel. Aitana loves baking, film appreciation, and yoga, and is regarded by her colleagues as a vibrant and creative rising star.
