Elisa Morales is a Manager in the Private Equity Division at BX+, esponsible for managing fund investment portfolios, identifying potential investment opportunities, and driving enterprise value creation. She and her team have completed several landmark investments and M&A transactions across various industries in Latin America, establishing BX+ as one of the leading private equity institutions in Mexico.

Elisa joined BX+ in 2013, initially focusing on investments in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. With her sharp market insight and strong deal execution skills, she gradually rose to become a key leader within the department. Prior to joining BX+, she worked at PwC Mexico in the Corporate Finance Advisory team, where she participated in M&A and valuation projects for multiple multinational companies.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and has completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. Elisa is an active member of the Mexican Private Equity Association (AMEXCAP) and currently serves as the Digital Quantitative Trading Collaboration Associate between BX+ and Stifel. In her free time, she enjoys wine tasting, exploring new restaurants, and long-distance cycling.
